Mothers' Day Celebration Service
A very big thank you to everyone who came to our 2012 Mothers' Day Celebration Service. Our charity this year was the Cardiothoracic Unit at the James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough. We are pleased to announce that we raised £355. Thank you so much for your generosity!
Chris Parker Visiting ...
As many of you know, Chris & Ethna Parker are now living and ministering in Iceland. Chris will be visiting Cornerstone in Evenwood on Sunday 13th May at 6.00pm. He will also be giving a missionary presentation about his work in Iceland on Wednesday 16th May at 7.30pm. We will be taking a Love Offering at this service to support their work.
Honour Bound Men's Breakfast - Saturday 12th May at 9.00am
Our next Honour Bound Men's Breakfast will be held on Saturday 12th May at 9.00am. If you interested in hearing what Chris Parker has been up to in Ieland, please come along. For catering purposes, please phone 01388 834540 and leave a message to say if you are coming and how many are coming to the breakfast. This will be a great morning - don't miss it!
New Pastor - Pastor Sandy Gall
Cornerstone Christian Centre is proud to announce that our new Pastor Sandy Gall and his wife Brenda will be moving up into our area in July this year. They will be with us again on Sunday 20th May 2012 at both services.
